I have encountered a similar case b4. The man, in his 60s, asked me to go in front and examine the scratch, and I showed him the dashcam located then he run away. Kepong area

No need to argue with stupid people. Just drive to the balai with the dashcam evidence and make the report. Be sure to record the conversation and car details.

Drive to balai and check ok u correct. But the other fellow details all wrong one, cannot trace his plate number. Its fake.

So in the end, u waste time n money for your car repairs.
If police rajin and recognize the fellow, maybe they will go tangkap him. If not, its just a report without any action.
