Area within 5km of RTS would experience the biggest boom. Lots of highrises will pop out. Biggest drama would be Kim Teng Park which is a stone throw away from RTS station. A possible takeover target.
Out of this area less boom n also depend on the success of JSSEZ.

The same thing is happening between Hong Kong and Shenzhen . Work in HK, spend in Szn
