I am looking for a new house between 200K to 300K , landed and freehold which located near Shah Alam Area .
I will preferable it will finish construct in 2010 .Do anyone got any idea ? |

Try Kemuning Utama 2, 22 x 70 or 20 x 70 OR
Kota Kemuning Wetland if you don't mind 30K higher than your budget. |

how about Denai Alam, developed by Guthrie, just 5km away from bkt jelutong, near to subang airport, 10km from kota d'sara. it's a huge township over 1,000 acres, estimated will take 15 years to fully developed.

@areankim,
It's slightly further than Kota Kemuning. With the new flyover, it's really not *that* bad but I wouldn't want to be living there and travelling to KPMG Tower every day. The distance is quite a killer, not to mention the tolls  Ur better off considering Bandar Sri Damansara as compared to Bukit Rimau. |
