So far I see Mixue still doing quite well despite having a few stores near to each other. My area basically have 4 branches and all also got queue but the first store biz clearly not like when they are the only Mixue

during the discussion, i did inquire about the exclusive branch clause

our concern point if 2 branch very close by. how then? worry kena makan sales

so far they mentioned, there is no clear clause on that unless the existing branch owner plan to expand in nearby area, only then we cannot masuk.

hence, what we do is we research the target area and ensure our branch is slighly far from existing Mixue. At least the competition bit healthy.

Thats the hard part. When anyone call sell mixue, ppl will just go to the one nearest to them. There is no way to retain customers when your product is being sold by so many ppl. The product at every mixue shop is the same.
