QUOTE(treblecase @ Sep 22 2025, 07:52 PM)
What do United fans actually want?

➤ Van Gaal’s possession based football was 'Not the United way'. It was called boring.

➤ Mourinho actually WON, not just games but TROPHIES. His defensive football was 'outdated and boring' according to the fanbase.

➤ Then Solskjær's turn. His football was labelled as “vibes and inshallah”

➤ Then Ten Hag. The fanbase screamed for his head because he abandoned his philosophy to accommodate the players.

➤ Now Amorim. The fanbase is screaming for the manager's head but this time because he’s NOT abandoning his philosophy and NOT accommodating the players.

This fanbase don't even know what they want.

Change managers until you find the right one?

Hasn't the club done just that? Literally changed managers every two seasons and every single one of them post-Fergie was hated. The next manager will deal with the same thing. The one after him? 100% the same treatment. And you know why?

Because people think someone will just show up, wave a magic stick and Manchester United will be Premier League champions again.

The delusion is insane. Everyone wants a rebuild, unless it's TIME for the rebuild.

The club should not be affected by outside noise.

Fans want win. Simple as that. Last time standard until ole, lose 5 games out you go. After Ole, standard become lose until lost count also no out you go
*
yes, simple as this. those who said it's not, must be sleeping all this while.
those managers were on losing streak and no improvement.

Commentator said 9 defeats in last 15 League games. If this doesn’t warrant a sacking on Amorim, I don’t know what else. But who else can we hire in the market…
*
Ya, i like amorim tbh, but with this record, i just dunno how to back him up. If this happen at other club, he already long gone

We kinda lost the momentum in the 2nd half. You can see the compactness of Sunderland. With better players, they can kill off this MU team.
*
ya, against a better opponent, i dun think kind of performance can win us the game
12-88 % possession at home. pathetic

Cukur 3 points. Dalot Dorgu memang tak boleh la. Replace this 2, Amorim maybe can perform better.

Lammens looks commanding. Stupid for Amorim not to start him after buy.
*
i have a feeling that he want lammens to start against an "easy" opponent at home. i think we had quite number of games against top opponent and away game before this. but yeah, he had a good first game

accidentally got evicted from the cave. I actually don't remember how to play good football anymore. Was it a good one from us? I see so many tiang shots by Gakpo makes me feel like we nicked this one?

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Oct 20 2025, 08:34 PM)
It is quite a redemption arc for Maguire.

Cunha and Mbuemo, what a pair of quality attackers we bought. Cunha kept the ball so well even under pressure.

And Lammens, he just has an air of calmness which translates to the defence. Everything feels more settled. We don't get nervous every time the ball goes near the penalty box.

Our summer buys are looking inspired.

Not to mention our previous buys De Light and Yoro. Both looking really good. Can't wait for Martinez to come back into the LCB slot to take over from Shaw.
*
I still think Yoro not up to par as of now. Everytime I see him play, feels like he still not adapts to the premier league

Now if MU can beat Brighton next, then MU is back at its best.

If not, back to losing mode

wouldn't say back to best, far from it. but we need that momentum
