QUOTE(yhtan @ Sep 2 2025, 07:42 PM) Among all the ex-players left this season, paling kesian is Hojlund and i wish him all the best at Napoli. Some more we are getting the highest value among all. So assuming that Napoli will qualify for UCL next season which will activate the clause for Hojlund, that leaves us with the possibility (a.k.a another headache) of Rashford coming back if Barca not signing him permanently. As for Sancho, I am still 50/50 if we should extend his contract by another 1 year.Antony - Pakat with real betis to tekan us Garnacho - die die mau join Chelsea and pakat with Chelsea to tekan us Rashford - die die mau Barcelona Sancho - reject permanent deal to Roma and Aston Villa |

QUOTE(zidane28 @ Sep 3 2025, 05:18 PM) No need la... Agreed. We did not make it to the next round by merit and rightly so.The so-called ineligible players not really bring impact to the humiliating result pun... Let this embarrassment be the hard lesson we learned, raise up and improve. Don't want the "backdoor" method. |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Sep 3 2025, 08:01 PM) Yes. I would be incredibly embarrassed if we did appeal. Plus it is a technicality, the submission missed the deadline by.1 minute. It's not like they smuggled Messi in to play against us. QUOTE Oduor came on in the 73rd minute and had his penalty saved by Andre Onana in the shootout, but Grimsby won 12-11. In a statement the EFL said, external Grimsby reported the breach themselves and the "club's non-compliance was not deliberate with no intention to deceive or mislead". They must pay £10,000, with the remaining £10,000 suspended until the end of the season. Manchester United, who were told of the situation on Monday, will not be pursuing a return to this season's competition. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cjdyd1y141ko EightPhantomz liked this post

QUOTE(EightPhantomz @ Sep 12 2025, 09:21 PM) https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/ruben...manchester-cityQUOTE Ruben Amorim has confirmed that Altay Bayindir will retain his place in goal for Sunday’s Manchester derby. Bayindir has been United’s starting keeper in each of our three Premier League games so far, while Andre Onana had the gloves for the Carabao Cup tie against Grimsby Town. Onana completed a loan move to Trabzonspor on Thursday, while Senne Lammens was brought in on deadline day to boost the goalkeeping department. Amorim explained the thinking behind signing the Belgian, but added that Bayindir’s English experience would give him the nod at the Etihad Stadium. “We are really pleased: he [Senne] is a goalkeeper with a lot of potential,” said Amorim. “I know that we are in the moment that the goalkeeper needs to be really strong and have a lot of experience but we are also in the moment that we have to look at the present, but with a focus on the future. “So it’s a little bit of both. A guy with great potential that is one more option, one more option to play, and he’ll be ready. “It’s the same thing that I do with different positions [in deciding the line-up],” he continued. “Of course, it’s not the same, but Altay is going to continue because it’s a different league, it’s a different country, trainings, ball, so we try to maintain that and they will fight for the position. “So, for me, it’s clear, Altay will start. We believe in our goalkeepers, I believe in Altay, he’s ready to play and he’s going to play.” https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/team-...nited-on-14-sep QUOTE Ruben Amorim has provided an update from the Manchester United camp, ahead of Sunday's derby date with neighbours City. Matheus Cunha, Mason Mount and Diogo Dalot are all unavailable for the Etihad Stadium encounter, which kicks off at 16:30 BST. Cunha and Mount were hurt during our last outing, the 3-2 home win over Burnley at Old Trafford, while Dalot complained of muscle pain and pulled out of Portugal's squad for their World Cup qualifiers. "I think they are out for this game," Ruben replied, when asked about the trio. "I don't know how long it is going to take. We need those players to be a very, very competitive team, but we have very good players that are eager to play, so we will be competitive on Sunday, but they are out, they cannot help us in this game. "I don't want to say [how long they will be out]. If you talk with Cunha, if you catch Cunha outside, he will say he can play this game! So I don't know. We will manage day by day, but they are pushing hard and that is a good thing." |

QUOTE Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has provided a full update on his squad, ahead of Saturday's game at Brentford. The lunchtime kick-off in the capital presents a chance to build on last weekend's 2-1 victory over Chelsea, and Diogo Dalot makes a welcome return after getting injured while on international duty with Portugal. The defender has trained this week and is an option to play at right wing-back, particularly with Amad and Noussair Mazraoui ruled out. Amad is dealing with a family bereavement, while Mazraoui has picked up a knock. However, Ruben confirmed in his MUTV interview that Dalot is available again. "Diogo is returning to the team," he told Mark Sullivan, before boarding the bus to leave the training ground. "And he is ready. "We have all the other players so we are in a good moment to go to Brentford." "Amad is not here," said Amorim, during his pre-match press conference at Carrington. "Someone in his family passed away so we are giving all the support to Amad. We understand the importance for him, at this time, to return home [here]. "Nous is not going to be [available] until we stop for the international teams. He is out also." Casemiro is, of course, serving a one-match suspension, following his red card in the first half of the win against Chelsea. The boss also confirmed Lisandro Martinez is obviously still out, as he continues his recovery from a knee operation. https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/team-...-september-2025 |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Oct 21 2025, 11:39 AM) It's because we stay in cave too long, need to appreciate every opportunity we get to see the sun. Beat Liverpool at Anfield wei. Rare sunlight for us but the next 3 games will see if we really turn the corner or not. Had too many false hopes so I am not getting carried away for now. This is the time to be out and about! QUOTE As highlighted by BBC Sport in the build-up to the Liverpool encounter, United have not managed a single point in two seasons from their corresponding next three fixtures; Brighton at home, Nottingham Forest away and Tottenham away. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/ce9dng1l4g9o And look at the past results, it doesn't strike us with any confidence isn't it? Spot on about the trust between the defense and himself. We never seen that when either Onana/Bayindir was playing.
