Go ahead to city. I ready to laugh him and see how he will bring down city. Or maybe can my shut mouth make me regret with his A performance. Just like bald fraud I really enjoy laughing at his Leverkusen days to prove he is a fraud after all.

Bald fraud only lasted 3 matches with Bayern leverkusen isn’t

Let see if player power still exist in the backroom...

P.S. Sancho and Rashford are going to be happy coming back to us... I hope the management is not dumb enough to renew/extend their contract...

do you like him? His past record as caretaker manager is not bad

I don't know enough about his management style to be able to tell, honestly.
But between Ole and him, he hasn't yet had a proper go as manager while Ole has 3 years. So maybe he'll come good.

First game City, second game Arsenal. Hell of a welcome for him.

ok. carrick here we go! im ok with him. no complaint. if it didnt work out, so be it.

fun fact: at the start of 05-06, keano was at decline, forcing fergie and quieroz to experiment with 433 to protect him.
after 4–1 defeat to midbrough, keano criticised teammates leads to his departure. man utd finished 2nd with unstable midfield.

and then came carrick the next season,

man utd finished 1st, and won his first league title.

...and the following season his first champions league.

it really feels like yesterday .. solskjaer sacked, carrick care taker, rangnick interim .. when rangnick taking over, he wanted carrick to stay as backroom staff but too late ..and now, amorim sacked, fletch care taker, carrick became the interim .. if the results did improve and sir jim reward him as permanent, we cud have another ole at the wheel cycle again lulz ..2 seasons, sacked, rebuild halfway, sacked, ex player as interim, and so on !

Ole did well. Until CR7 came. Everyone thought he dunno utilize CR7 instead of CR7 is the problem. And Maguire with his Greece problem. Hope Carrick will surpass him this round.

Heard rumour says Ole want deal after interim that's why lose out this interim job. If true, kinda noob to demand that. If keep winning, why not?

Why not haha. This is something Amorim fail to do even after 1 season. Post SAF, I truly enjoy Ole football, SAF way. Jose is good too. Others really meh and make you prioritize own life activity than football.

But won't be 2 matches la. If can do macam Ole win a bunch of matches why not. The only new manager I look forward next season is Ancelotti, Enrique, Klopp, Zidane, even if Carrick perform.

Tuchel, Xavi, Xabi is better than nothing if Carrick can't perform. Others unknown / up and coming names? No more la. Enough of Ragnick, Ten Hah, Amorim. Don't forget Ragnick is also appointed as manager and ppl hoo hah about him.

If he wins those games, it’s why the club dreams about. They might not have to worry about long term appointments and might give Carrick a one to two year extension. Save a lot of money.

Sir Alex never played tiki taka football.

It’s direct football at pace, with wingers pushing wide. SAF did try to incorporate a more possession based game for European matches, see the transfer of Veron from Lazio who was supposed to be the center piece, but the experiment didn’t work.

If I were to capture what SAF was about, it was never about tactics or formations. It is Relentless Winning. Even down to the last minute, we always had hope we were gonna score.

So I would say SAF was more about mentality than tactical.
He’s a legendary man manager, not a tactical genius.

Agree. his game is about legs and mental.. its away a high ball off own half and 2 3 players chase the ball. apart from a few where he dismantle e opponent key player like pirlo with man mark...

Of the next 2 games, if we can't win both, I'd rather lose to city but win against arsenal. Don't ask me why.

That's why MU under SAF really struggled against barca with prime Messi Xavi Iniesta.. I remember CL final I think, MU against barca... fuuuh really like men against kids. Terguling-guling pemain MU kena buli dengan barca. Although to be fair, Barca was really overpowered at that time.

I have feeling that tomorrow we'll play defensively and get hammered by city.
