I've been doing some digging. Here are the stats of goal pre and post Bruno arrival to the club. The following data is just for the Premier League.
Season 2015-16 through 2019-20 (Pre Bruno) :
Total goals : 302 goals
Goals by striker : 163 goals
Season 2020-21 - Present (Post Bruno) :
Total goals : 323 goals
Goals by striker : 85 goals (60 by Rashford)
And Bruno himself scored 47 goals. 21 of them are penalties.
Mind you, the previous 5 seasons we were managed by LVG, Mourinho, and Ole.
The 2 managers known for having defensive strategy and mindset. And Ole with the counter attack strategy 1 1/2 season.
The arrival of Bruno have shifted the team focus on striker to relying on support player like Bruno and the rest of the team instead.
15% of the goals come from him alone. So instead of being a support to the striker, Bruno have become the main man.
And the team have become too reliant on him and becoming like headless chicken when he is not there or not performing.
The pattern is too obvious, once the ball up the pitch, if it is not on Bruno's feet, the rest of them will keep trying to pass to him.
And this makes it easy for opponent to break our play. Control Bruno and you control the game. Once he is frustrated, the opponent is 70% on their way to a win.
I don't know if this is the manager's instructions or what, but this the current DNA of our team.
And Bruno have shown that he is unwilling to change the way he plays to suit the manager's tactic. He wants to play in a tactic that can make him shine instead.
That is why for me, we need to start remove him out of the equations and learn to play without him, instead of removing the manager each time the players failed to play properly.
Feel free to disagree but this is my take from what I watch each week for the past few years.

Btw I noticed we get angry and manager get sacked when they are too stubborn keep playing players without merit, end up no result.
Ole on Maguire. Eth on Bruno. Amorim also on Bruno but still haven't sack. All kapitan performance pulak. This is our kapitan standard nowadays. You see Keane mana will give a shit performance 50% of the time. Or van djik. They have maybe 5-10% of bad game whole season, which also reflect the total lost of the seasons.
