Krakow. I really enjoyed Poland last year. It's got all what you expected in a classic Europe country. Best of all, no refugees and it's clean. (Avoid winter in Krakow)

Bucharest. Romania is also another underrated city. You should also visit the Transylvania.

Prague. Really dislike the vibe. Altho the city is old, but Prague is too comerciallized. It gives me a vibe similiar to Genting highland. If you single, the maybe you will enjoy it

Berlin > Stadt Wehlen > Praha > Zakopane > Krakow.

Total cost for 2 ppl 20k. All travelling done by bus and train.
