Ya you are right but if you walk into ByD, the amount of discount and goodies they give can easily bring it down below 100K. Also, with US Tariff and EU blocking entry of China EV cars, we are definitely the next port of call, they just have to reduce their price border to RM 100K. Wait till you see Sealion selling at RM 120K #soon.
Ya if BYD selling at RM 99 or 98K and perduo latest car coming out at RM 80K, would you rather buy an EV leader car by forking out another 20K or buy local producers first venture into EV cars?

Cars overproduction and cannot sell. So all throw into car graveyard there. Price drop every few mths and still cannot sell because their quality sucks. Good luck to BYD owners here.
