since when you lend your IC to anyone?..even now, no foreigner dare to borrow anyone’s IC

somehow, i feel the cost of implementation and monitoring will be high…
they should just make it simple… x ringgit into the individual account and start with a rate… increasing as the year goes by..
the argument is foreign buyers, with the IC and link account, the x ringgit can be credited… no need to have so much monitoring headaches
