Try pulling down method first.
I did this coz b4 this i went to see a dr. Very expensive he quoted me. 6K. I wanted to cut it coz semi phimosis and its start to give me alot of issues. So when i was quoted 6K, it make me more determine to pull it myself. After a month or 2, it can be fully retracted even when im erected. B4 tis cannot.
