Depend la u work which sector, I've been into damn monotone one before, and also high pressure ones. Both mmg ad pros n cons.

Ermm, cn try BPO industry. They got diff2 project, so if u beh ngam one of it, cn request transfer.

But word of advice la. Ur request of transfer may not be granted. Depends on ur performance also. If mngement see ur KPI suks, basically no bargaining power and u will be stuck in the project u hate until u resign.

One of the pros I can think of is, in customer servicing, u don't bring ur work back to home. Which I suka.

PS: YMMV ah.... my BPO experience quite sedap.
