Has anyone tried doing the stamping via the LHDN website - https://stamps.hasil.gov.my/stamps/

I have an employee who joined us early this year, so I tried uploading his offer letter for stamping. However the calculated stamp duty is RM60 instead of RM10, did I do anything wrongly? Isn't it supposed to be a flat rate of RM10 for employment contracts?
