These allocations mark the highest ever development budgets for both states, underscoring the federal government’s focus on addressing regional disparities and enhancing infrastructure in East Malaysia.

i think it depends where, the major road should be better than klang road

but very interior road i can't say

but for sabah, even major city road also not ok and JKR there don't bother to even fix

JKR is governing body… they give the spec and supervise the cost, quality and give approval for the subcon to do work…

Last time lepak Zus kopi shah alam in the morning and JKR people and the subcon was having very elaborate professional discussion there…

If thats the issue dunno if most of the subcon/con in sabah cannot pakai or what…
