what? refurbishing to use standing seats no need money? retraining of staff to handle standing people no need money? and you think airlines increase 20% capacity to give back 20% discount? so that only the people benefit? no, airlines do it to increase profit. like how car companies CKD, cost savings maybe 50k but kasi diskaun 10k only compared to CBU.
but this idea will work, you know why? many people will take that 5% diskaun like how many buy CKD discounted cars
