Rafizi and Nik Nazmi will tender their resignations as ministers to PMX.
Then some drama and pujuk memujuk will happen.
They will pura-pura compromise and say some transition period of 3-6 months.

A major cabinet re-shuffle is going to happen soon anyway before the end of the year.
With Zafrul's senatorship term expiring soon and some ministers (and deputy ministers) expected to be dropped (eg. Saifudin Nasution, Lim Hui Ying, menteri agama etc)

And based on Iswardy Morni's guess.....
1. Economy will be taken over by Amirudin.
2. A state seat will be vacated for Nurul Izzah to become ADUN and 1st ever female MB.
3. Ramanan promoted to full minister.
