Of course it’s not happening in SG.

You can see how the competitiveness in SG societal landscape shaped her character to take on high level jobs and strive for betterment for herself and community. The environment she lives in organically “molded” her into this.

If she display the same progressive attributes in Malaysia she would have been drowned by the regressive herd mentality.
