You really understand me and read me. I am really tired. I have no rest day for almost 5 years.

It is really a painful path and no one will even realise until pay a visit.

last 3 weeks, I hired one guy who has no job and he did not believe what I told him before he came. He worked for three days only and he told me he did not believe what I said until he saw himself and felt it.

he gave me the thought if I should have open days.

Can't imagine the stuff going on your head now. You've been taking care of the the doggies (hundreds?) for a long time, yes?
Hah, I'm just a semi retired it consultant, and even I get lazy from doing the things I enjoy (3d modelling). Your dedication is admirable. I pray that you get a decent person dedicated to the cause.

I don't think it is sustainable to keep stray dogs in kennel and feed them for up to 10 years or more. May refer to francis ngu hown hua page to help stray, neuter them and feed them in the wild is more reasonable

I think passing over to another person is not a good solution.

I think you need to rethink what you are currently doing.

You don't need a helper.

You need a counselor.
