tbh, physical buttons jn car beats touch control.
voice control is unreliable.
touch cintrol pulak need pretty precise touch, which sometimes can be hard to do while driving.
moreover, for safety purposes, a lot of those touch controls are locked when car is detected in drive.

unlike touch interfsce, physical button is always fixed.
u can count on it to be there, & find it without looking.
u can build muscle memory for your car.
