EU die leow lar! This is the way you can sell below the minimum pricing non-tariff barrier. Sell new EV at >RM100k to carrot head first, then help them sell below RM100k for 2nd hand via distributor/manufacturer subsidy when they upgrade to a new >RM100k EV car.
