The fact that a meme is being a meme aside,


I'd say its the 'intention' (or 'free will' if you will) of the wearer is the point:

Wear undergarment: Wearer does NOT want her figure to be noticed

Wear Bikini : Wearer does NOT MIND / WANTS her figure to be noticed


Saying they are the same is just stating the obvious without considering the social part of wearing clothes (which is inconsiderate)

Rather, saying bikinis and undergarments are the same,
is like saying that my wife and your daughter is the same, a girl;
then i can f*** your daughter cause she's the same as my wife, a girl... ...

it's a state of mind that society leave for woman to decide which doesn't have much room for logic.
One is for public to see,one is for private. If one day a woman decides to wear underwear in a beach ,nobody cares but thats for the woman to decide.

Not far off with the case that If you are handsome ,its compliment, if face problem its harassment. who decides that? the woman.

Modern day working women, sometime they complaint laki suka memerhati, then again you tengok their dressing, office attire, baju kurung etc sebagai contoh nampak line spender..some are very obvious, some ketat nak mampoih. So who is the problem here?

Everything got its time and place, try wearing bikini in shopping mall like KLCC. 2molo headline come up crazy person in KLCC caught and sent to mentak hospital.

The idea of wearing bikini is to get your skin tanned (for the beauty), hence willingly to expose. No way you can get it tanned with fully covered cloth.
