Oil palm yield at Kelantan is extremely low, hilly area and very high rainfall.

Durian tree take about 5 years to bear fruits, if one don't have big financial power sure mati, the cost of soil work, laying water pipe, fences, fertilizer will kill u.

Some more when involve in plantation, if the boss didn't involve in daily operation, high chances kena makan gao gao.
