Probably copty of good brand like Everlast. That low quality one will have thinner material not designed to rated weight.

Yes the hinge part is not aluminum but composite metal. That will rust. Even indoor humidity over time will make it hard to move if not sprayed with lubricant.

Why need to put outside in rain? It would be a nice tool for thief to get into the house. If really need to put in rain, then why need foldable type? Get one that can slide and latch like the one used by TM or painter.
