Unless there is any clue that someone took a cut masuk kocek from the spending, it is at best an inefficient government project aka white elephant, instead of corruption. Not saying absolutely got no corruption in this project, but someone in the position to award or influence the award of the project must benefit from it for this to be a corruption case.

That being said, MCA should carry it to Parliament and question the project owner to get some explanations.
