With the shitty penang driving style, expect mayhem in the undersea tunnel. Nobody thought of this danger? You see Bridge 1 punya accident rates, you don't expect worse situations inside a tunnel?

Maybe P plate take first bridge
All other plates can take tunnel
Make it safer for everyone else

Many P-kia use V/B/W plates too. And you cannot expect all P platers to fully comply with traffic laws.

No need for bridge. Build more public transportation connecting mainland to island.
In island, create effective public transportation.
Make Penang car free (except taxi, buses, grab)

Damn why do u want to clog mainland Penang as if all the wealth is there ? You should focus more on mainland Penang area . If i were the islander it would piss me off . What else can grow in island side ? All are choked ?

I still feel a 3rd bridge would be better and safer for all.

Imagine if some loco looney tunes wanted to commit suicide...better that they jump off a bridge instead of causing chaos in an undersea tunnel.
