Cosplay Contest
Rules and Regulations onto Cosplay Competition

1.The cosplay competition is open to all both male and female youths above 13 years of age, regardless of nationality. Candidates below 18

must have consent parental or legal guardian before entering.
此比赛不分国籍，开放给所有年轻男女（13岁以上），参赛者年龄介于18岁以下必须有家长/监护人的同意方能参赛。

2. Contestants must submit the registration form accompanied by 4R photographs/digital images of the character from existing

Animes/Comics/Games by 20th November 2007 and sent to the following E-mail address bluebrian200x@gmail.com . A

confirmation E-mail will be send respectfully when your particiapation has been confirm.
参赛者必须填妥表格，连同角色的4R照片/图片，于20th November 2007之前邮寄到以下电子邮件bluebrian200x@gmail.com
参赛资格肯定后就会收到一封通知电子邮件。

3.Entries which are incomplete or in illegible handwriting, unaccompanied by character reference images or entry fees would be void. Original

Charaters will not be entertain.
资料不齐全、字体潦草、没有附上报名费的参赛表格一律作废其参赛资格。
谢绝原创角色。

4.The competition is Open for solo only. There will be no group competition held on the following day.
此比赛自开放给个人组，当天没有团体组比赛。

5.Further elaboration of (12), all personal details, pictures, interview contents of each contestants are strictly protected as property to the

organizer.
隨後的第12条规则將對此作详尽叙述，所有参赛者的个人资料、图片、访问内容将会被视为主办当局的所拥有。


6.Contestants must report themselves on 11am, on the day of the Compertition which has place on them at Timesquare 6th floor Entrance hall.

Contestants will be disqualified if they fail to arrive punctuelity.
参赛者必须于比赛当天11am到Timesquare 6th floor Entrance hall报道。迟到者自误并取消参赛资格。

7. All participants are to participate and coorporate with the organisers in the course of event.Any contestant who fails to abide will be

disqualified immediately.
参赛者必须给于合作并全程参于主办当局的活动，任何违规者将立刻取消参赛资格。


8. All contestants must be dressed decently. Decency standards are determined by the organizers and any decision by the organizers are final.
参赛者必须穿着得体，一切由主办当局决定。

9. Each Contestants will either be place on Day2(Saturday) 24th for the first round of the competition. Only 5 out of 10 will be proceed to the final

round on Day3(Sunday) and only 10 finalist will be competing each other for the Grand prize of the day.
每位参赛者会参与第2天的第一回会比赛，唯有5位入围第3天的比赛，最后的10强将会争夺当天的大奖。

9. In any case of event, the contestants are not to enter washrooms/changing rooms of the opposite gender.
不管在什么情况下，参赛者不得进入异性的更衣室、洗手间。

10. Contestants are to be responsible with thier own props, make-up, costumes and accessories, and bear their own costs in any case of

damage. The organizers do not hold responsibility for any loss of personal belongings and properties during the entire day of the event.
参赛者必须自行准备道具、化妆、服装等，任何形式的损失主办当局将不负上任何责任。

11. Organisers has the right to reject any act which is dangerous/harmful to the contestant or public.
主办当局有权禁止一切危险性的表演。

12. The organisers hold the right, to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide and in any media now known or hereafter developed, including

the Internet and world wide web, any of the photographs/images/video for advertising, promotional, trade and publicity purposes without

additional consideration or right of review or notification of the contestants.
主办当局有权使用任何参与此项比赛的参赛者作品之肖像、造型，于往后任何的活动之广告、宣传或是作品。

12. Smoking is prohibited at back stage and off stage.
大会会场全面性禁烟。

13. Disruptive behavior that disturbs others is not allowed. This includes running, screaming, yelling, horseplay, unsolicited physical contact, or

any other such behavior as deemed disruptive by our crews.
工作人员将会判断任何在场违反规则、行为不当的参赛者。

R&R PERFORMANCE ONSTAGE

14. Topic of performace is free of choice. But Strictly NO sexual innuendo, profanity, nudity, foul language, violence, erotic /choreographed on

stage. Titles which are provocative, irrespective and offensive to any religion, race, culture, country is strictly prohibited.
表演项目自由，谢绝任何包含色情、讽刺、猥亵言語、暴力等不雅形式的表演，内容牵涉到种族、文化、政治的表演也将严厉禁止。

15. No flammable fuels, liquid, gaseous or solid, may be used in performances or in the premises. The premises is to be kept in a state of

cleanliness, any inappropriate props(ie. confetti, firecrackers, flashlights, contaminated fluids, smoke) will be prohibited in the premise and on

stage.
一切包含易燃性、辐射性、化学性、侵蚀性物质的物品禁止在表演时使用。为了保持场地的卫生清洁，任何道具如五彩碎纸、烟花、闪亮纸等等可以制造肮

脏的，严厉被禁止带入及在舞台上使用。

16. Contestants who planning to use props on stage MUST be approved before they can be allowed on stage. Weapons must be peace-

bonded. Contestants will be disqualified if they are seen using props/weapon inappropriately.
没有经过同意而使用以上的物品将会被取消资格。

17. Any weapon prohibited under the Malaysian law will be remove/confiscated by our staff off stage. Same appeals to: real swords, pole arms,

katanas, or any other projectile item. Contestants acting in violation of this rule will be asked to leave the premise and be disqualified

immediately without hesitation.
任何违反马来西亚法律的武器不允许在舞台上出现或使用，任何违规的参赛者将会立刻取消资格。

18. Contestants are to clear their props or properties from the stage after their respective performance, so as not to hinder the next performing

contestant in any way.
参赛者携带什么道具、物件上舞台使用，就要原装地被带下台，不得弄脏舞台，影响下一个参赛者。

19. Contestants are allow to seek help from 1 or 2 fellow cosplayer who isnt a contestent to help thier performance.
每位参赛者将被允许有1至2位非参赛者的cosplayer协助表演。

20. Time limit on stage: 3 minutes
舞台表演时间为3分钟

21. For performances on stage; only audio CDs are accepted, NO mp3 or other formats.CDs must be clearly labeled with the track number and

the contestants' name.
唯有音效CD被允许适用于舞台表演上，谢绝MP3或其他形式的音乐档案。CD上必须清楚写明参赛者名字和播放的曲目。

22. If any immediate uncontrollable accident happened which may cause any extent of harm to others, interfering the judging progress or the

progress of the event,The organizer reserves the rights of terminate, delay, reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event at anytime. Contestants

have to comply with the event schedule and codes of conduct rules by the Organizer.
任何影响大会进行的突发状况发生时，主办当局有权中止、延缓、重新安排活动时间。参赛者必须毫无异议地跟随活动节目的安排。

23. The Judges has the right to reject any act which suggests/depicts any appropriation, including the contestant's qualification.


24. Judges' decision is final.
评判的裁决为最后决定，任何异议将不受处理。

25. Absentees will be disqualified. All prizes will be awarded upon the actual announcement of the winners.
任何无法出席颁奖仪式的得奖参赛者将会丧失得奖权利。

All stated information is subjected to changes without prior notice which is according to the organizer's discrection.
