I would cruise at emergency lanes while the traffic piling up.
Because too much cars in between and you wont know the chances like this will happen.

There is one thing i've learned these years

"Speed is easy, brake is capabilities."

There is a lot car bodo and moto bodo on the streets. You just wouldnt want to risk it.
