Is not people don't want to work hard or find jobs. Hiring and available suitable jobs(with related experience) is almost non existent now.

Many companies no longer hire if you're over 40 now and willing to pay accordingly to market rates. They only want to hire married ones in line with gov conditions of birth rates expectations and only take in those with married status.

Also corporations are quietly now pushing for earlier retirement among the people pushing them out of employment as early as late 30s with mass layoffs around the world.

They only prefer sales positions nowadays that could bring in quick money to the company. Companies will push and don't care how you do it whether you lie, scam or cheat people as long as you bring in money for the company and the bosses.

All these job positions are quick hires and hire and fire type of jobs with ridiculous sales targets which you need to achieve or else you be retrenched after the probation period you're assigned.
