Does anyone here know of reliable workshops or service centers for servicing 4x4s? In particular Ford Ranger/Raptors because I have one that warranty has just expired and am thinking no longer need to bring over to their official SCs. Preferably around Cheras area if possible.

When I owned the Ford Focus, the best 3rd party Ford specialist in my experience would be Bengkel Excellent Auto in Subang Jaya. In terms of expertise, equipment, availability of parts and prices, they are the best. The workshop is run by a family of father and son.

I tried Al-Isra Autocares near Ampang/Pandan Jaya after reading some recommendations here and they were OK, but level of expertise, equipment, parts and prices don't quite match Bengkel Excellent Auto. This was about 3 or 4 years ago when I went there.

FWIW I am based near Cheras too but for a Ford, it's recommended to send it to good specialist workshops especially for spare parts replacement.
