So I guess the next computer age is really ARM based architecture. The MateFold doesn't seems to have any ports though like USB. 1st gen probably still more of a business device, like word processing, presentation tool. For RM15k is it very pricey...

Many computer tasks need more power = CISC architecture, eg AAA computer gaming, video/music editing, CGI movie making, etc.
....... It's like the difference between lorry/bus engines and car engines, ie you can't put a car engine inside a lorry to carry a 10 ton load.

But one Intel machine can do both whereas one ARM machine cannot do both = in your case, you need to buy and maintain 2 machines. Is that pound wise.?
