Even if alive, when they see damage need to pay to track and how bad the car, the driver likely wish he's dead.

Usually no, for big sport events some got track day insurance, but rarely heard here in Malaysia offering to owners going to track by their own.

With so much coverage on-line and car also rare in market i believe they cant do any false report for Insurance claim also.
