Stick to Sony, X85L is still pretty good, processor similar to Bravia 3

let said your budget 3.5k

2.5k ~ 3.5k quality different is almost = none if you compare like this:

3.5k TV VS 3.5k ( switch + tv ) for example.

Meaning a 2.5k + 1k switch, the overall experience wayyyyy better then just a 3.5k TV.

My2 cent, TV screen quality itself is not that important. if the TV is off most the time + watching Youtube mostly.....

High Quality TV very very depend on Media you consume.

For me, to maximize a TV "Experience"
You need accesories. like console, switch or PC.

Unless you tell me, you have no limit budget.
But if you have limit.

You need to consider, because TV is a Output device. not the content ITSELF.

not really. OLED is not bright enough this statement has been not so much an issue nowadays.

my 2021 model of A80J (OLED) sony tv serves me well even during day time without the need to close the curtain.

and the high contrast and true black are something that once u experience u can never go back.

if budget constraint, then yes, LCD is still an option, but comes to ultimate experience, OLED is still the best.  tongue.gif

and advice is also: dun try to experience OLED in the first place if u dun intend to spend the budget for it. becos u will be sold by it immediately.  tongue.gif

i had the similar mindset previously that LCD is actually not bad, and why need to spend money to go for OLED.

But ever since i had experienced, i know why the extra money is worthwhile to spend.

Hi can you recommend any movies or show worth watching in oled?

Just wanna see actual difference

I have oled 4k tv lg b2 (if not mistaken) and aorus 4k fo32up oled monitor

But mostly i only played ps5/pc with it

But i also watch 4k tv (non oled) (low or mid end 4k lg uhd tv i think at my cousin house..he buy around 2k
yes oled is nice but I dont really see much difference apart from the tru black..watching netflix in those non oled 4k tv is still quite amazing to my eye..

Is it something to do with tv settings? Or the couch setup or my eyes 😢

Nothing to do with settings but probably something to do with ur eyes I would say.

Normal lcd and oled the difference is day and night even normal free air broadcast content can tell the difference.

Just use YouTube to play any oled testing 4k or 8k video can tell the difference also.
