Looking at the itemised list I think the price is fair and not exorbitant. If the workmanship is good then I would say you get a fair deal.

I did my reno with a much longer list than yours and nearing completion, so benchmark your itemised price vs mine which is niot too far off. I did not engage a master con so I asked for few quotes for each of the major work done and your price is roughly within the range.

Renovation costs had sky rocketed over the last 2-3 yrs

I'll comment on the electrical works only. If done properly and following specs, the RM 15k sounds about right for a whole house rewiring

The rm15k includes not just rewiring, but plaster ceiling and curtain rail. Granted it is for 900sf but still, with the number of sockets and downlights, I would say it is a fair deal.

To TS, just double check if the mega cable specs for different socket points, I would suggest top up for 4mm for kitchen sockets and airconds. Curtain rails check if it is heavy duty and silent tracks, and if it is ceiling mount and he is also doing plaster ceiling, ask for reinforced ceiling for where the rail is installed.

Hi, hope this is not too late to provide suggestions for toilet. Since u r changing tiles, do up the waterproof treatment before installing tiles. For tiles, ask for specs, prefer porcelain instead of ceramic, and for shower area, choose R11 specs tile for the floor tiles.

You may not have the needs for now, but I would suggest to widen one of the toilet door for wheelchair accessibility.
