1. get standalone. forget about the built in oven unless u like to bake.
2. get a vented dryer. <1000 only. its a plan B when rain heavy. you can start without the dryer. washing machine try get front load then you can easily stack dryer on top.
top load washing machine is always cheaper and less headache compare to front load though.

3. built in is ok. but make sure you get stainless steel. not glass.

4. get the highest baddest CFM you can afford.

5. start with hard supportive bed. soft bed is not good for spine.
if too hard you can always add a soft topper.
