Very hard to say how legit this is, firstly i know firsthand there has been quite a few attempts to get back their insured value for these old cars thats super cheap/not selling well.

This model/yearmade can’t even be traded in at 70k, and realistically can only be sold/had at 90~k.

But the insured ammount is of course higher…

How very convenient we have a handphone video proof from the beginning of that small fire, all the way to the big fire eh.

Oh wait, i know, because there has been cases rejected when they submitted cctv footage but fail to produce the past 1 hour+ footage lol.

Of course this potentially can be a legit case la.. but just to tell u all in the industry now such cases rather common of ppl instead of trade in/selling off their car, they try their luck on insurance payouts
