can control via phone (got app)
inverter type

i saw some TCL model seems ok but i open to suggestion

1.5hp Hisense inverter 4star come with aeh w4g2 kit.
1.5hp mide celest combo with wifi kit.

Installation come with deep vaccum for system is compulsory*

Not sure if it's a God sign or what early this month I went to cousin open house, the daikin ekon dripping hard

Now I see tiktok cheaper some brand

For midea I ask tiktok shop say for installation need to outsource.

If got shop provide together im ok with it

Which model? Saw some 1.9 above

Go ask aircon shop which is easy to service. Normal recommend is DaiKin. Worst is Panasonic

Seems basic but no issue

Midea all easy pro live wiring will need to connect outdoor, additional cost for wiring.
The efficiency is very excellent and easy maintenance.
Air throw is superior similar to Daikin ..

Good luck finding installer who even know what is vacuum

Panasonic non inverter if you want for living room just for short period use.

Take inverter if you use long period or you sleep at your living room.

I think Xiaomi aircond currently best deal but new to the market. Who knows if long term good or not.

Hisense 5 star version TUGS (~1.7k including standard install 1.5hp)

1.7k Japanese (P or D) can only get basic 4 star 1hp

TUGS the only issue is blower is bigger than other makers so maintenance need to be a bit more frequent, like every 6months need call service cleaning

If open 8 hours or above, then get inverter. Bill saving will be more significant. For best saving get 5 star with DC compressor (e.g. Pana x deluxe if budget high, Hisense TUGS if budget limited)

Water dripping due to clogged with dust, need to do major service every once a year, wash net filter once in every 2 weeks

Major service as in chemical cleaning? been doing for every 4-5 months

Good, i mean your cousin daikin aircond because i didnt encounter such issue with my daikin due to major service every 6-7 month and wash the net filter once in every two weeks

I changed to Daikin Inverter, 5 stars energy saving certified, can see significant reduction in electric bill , on same pattern almost everyday

and yes, basic maintenance like washing the net filter occasionally is a must

I use this, Hisense 1.5hp Inverter 5 stars. Cold for my master bedroom, even setting it at 27C, full fan speed.

Best part, save a lot for my electricity vs previous old Panasonic aircond.

I clean the AC diy, buy those canvas for AC cleaning and spray water + soap then rinse with water spray. Include also the blower. Great feeling

Mine non inverter daikin with 3 stars energy saving, still ok for monthly electricity bill, turn on mostly night time 😁

ME tend to be much more expensive and better in quality

I bought Midea. Night time on for 3-4 hours then timer auto off cos I got use fan too. So far so good.

After first or second year depending on brands, compressor warranty only covers for part replacement. Labour is chargeable which is not cheap.

Yes, consider to take inverter. Now Panasonic got aircond with 3 options, 3 star, 4 star or 5 star rating.

Leaking is more to installer problem. It's 5 star rated inverter but not stating is DC compressor or not

yeah does cover, but how long.. that depends.. read the warranty t&c also.. what is covered etc

Midea celest also got. Depends on your installer la. My installer installed for me FOC (Midea Celest). Inverter better install all wire will be more tahan lasak.

Currently using LG,mitsu,Hisense n midea.

how to get FOC installer?

Just be nice to your installer and he'll FOC the grounding cable for u (not FOC labor, paid 280)
