also one thing to note, address your blood pressure problem first.
if your blood pressure is high, high likely not much nutrient go to the skin on top of your head.

sorry never use the foam wan. it is much more expensive anyway.
you should put topical solution right after dermarolling, advised to wait another day for the micro injury to heal first.

i am a buzzcut guys,dont bother to have long hair anyway. for my case, result could see in less than a month, could see many baby hairs. existing hair become thicker(thinning hair make your botak more obvious)

night 2 - minox
night 3 - minox

I use to apply minoxidil, after 6 months consistently use it, can see baby hair come out. But then come another problem, whenever i apply it to my scalp, rashes / inflammation come out.

So fuck it, i clean shave my head, and go to gym for body building.

I used quite a few brands before. But i found Dove works for me. Some might not like the smell that is like Camphor. But it really reduces hair fall a lot. I sweep very little hair around the corners of my room after using it compared to other brands. I am sticking to it at the moment. The price is kind of on the high side.

if your hair bald is because of genetic (eg: your dad or relative bald) + oily scalp

u can control with propecia or finapecia + tonic

just tonic or biotin/supplement wont help

Be careful with finasteride/propecia as it may give you ED. For shampoo you could try Audace Extra.

Now using japenis brand 003/no.3 Muriem Crystal range of haircare products. Noticeably significant reduction in hair fall on the floor and bathroom floor trap. Noticeably more baby hairs on scalp too after 1-2months of use.

1st must determine whether it is genetic issue or health issue (included scalp condition).
2nd if is not genetic issue then go to medicine treatment.
3rd If is genetic issue then go for hair implant consultation. That isn't cheap.
