Country airport is only as strong as their national airline.
Changi is expanding because Singapore Airlines basically dominate all travel from South East Asia to outside (Europe, US)
KLIA2 is better equipped than KLIA because AirAsia dominate South East Asia budget travel.
KLIA is rubbish because MAS is weak.
