I watched a series called the Snowpiecer, which i can relate to situation like any other country. Therr is class stratification, where the very rich lived in front of the train and lived a luxrious life but at the tail end of the train, are the poor and vulnerable. These half of the train, people are exploited. To incentivize them, they are given scraps or slightly better rations or accomodation.

In Malaysia, we have the politicians, they are all cut from the same fabric and exploit the rakyat with fear tactics, be it religion, race and so on... this is the way they retain power and loyal followers are incentivized with scraps. While their children are educated in international school, seek treatment in private hospital and study overseas.

You can bicker in forum for 1000 pages, the reality is you and your children and your future generation will always be poor or survive on handouts, while politicians and their future generations live a life of luxury.
