really not sure bcs never been around that area before.. looked back at the AGM notice no mention on the charges
Dear Residents,
Following the approval obtained in the 10th AGM, we would
like to hereby announce the implementation of new additional by-laws (House Rules)
as below:-
a) EV(Electric Vehicle) charging bay are to be booked using Jagaapp.
Each residential unit shall be limited to four (4) hours per session. Vehicles are to be
removed from the bay by midnight and no overnight charging permitted.
b) Violations - Common Areas being used for storing personal items -
A penalty of RM200.00 shall be imposed for each violations found.
c) Vehicle Clamping release fee shall be imposed as RM50.00 per day & shall accrue
for every consecutive day till the clamp is being released.
The new Additional by-laws(House Rules) shall be effective from 14th March 2025.

Better stick to ICE car to avoid such inconvenience. No need to rush to be early adopters. One day when everything is really in place for widespread EV adoption, then only switch over.
Now is waste money but create lots of headache in return. If thought EV = environmental friendly, that’s ignorant syok sendiri.
yea.. still waiting for comfortable range ie 1k and faster charging before jumping bandwagon.. 3-4 years more perhaps
