Here's a conundrum

A car own safety feature, detects crash imminent, emergency brake engaged
A not attentive driver realize the situation, but mistakenly press the accelerator instead of the brakes

Now what should the safety system do in this instance?

1. Override the driver input, and stop the car from colliding with the item detect in the sensor?
Or
2. Drivers input overrides the safety parameters and move according to the drivers inputs

good thing EV car got special number plates, easy to avoid

Bugs

Unfortunately some EV escaped and they have regular number plates too. It's like going through a land mine.

Better give way to them. I saw most online video keep showing EV fast accelerarion. But seldom show the braking performance (how far distance needed compared to non EV car). With such a heavy weight don't think many driver in Malaysia can handle it well in emergency.
