MyKiosk Madani dikritik, kos RM34,660 seunit dipersoal

The location can be 50-50. Some places I see memang no people, but other places literally gerai tepi jalan buka just besides those kiosk.

Breakdown on the RM710 initial cost (based on Lim Siam See punya post):
RM150 rent
RM450 deposit
RM50 agreement
RM60 business license

No comment if quality really that shitty it either cooks you inside or it leaks (what's the point of having that kind of enclosure lol). Haven't really seen much kiosk utilized near my place tbh.

it's better to buy/rent a food truck instead of this garbage, it's more practical and the mobility means you can always switch locations to somewhere with more crowd at different times of the day

Does not have to be so grand la. Just go to Krabi landmark night market. See how organised and clean it is. Just a simple structure saja. Minimal investment.

A check on popular marketplace platform Mudah, under Carousell, shows that used food trucks are available for rent from RM1,200 to RM2,200 per month. There are also second-hand food trucks that are available for purchase from RM12,800 to RM89,800 with engine capacities of 1.0 cc to 4.6 cc.

The most affordable food truck on the platform, priced at RM12,800, is a Japanese brand Suzuki truck released in 1992 or 1993. The medium-sized truck is sold in Kuching, Sarawak and has the equipment ready for business.

Meanwhile, there is a food truck priced at RM89,800 is from Japanese brand Isuzu and was bought in 2015 with a garnered mileage of 25,000 only. The 14-feet food truck comes with air-conditioning, power steering and relatively new green paint work.

For new vehicles, vehicle seller Papavan offers a new 1.3 cc engine truck for RM47,000. The new truck comes with a three-year warranty and is 8.5 feet long.

With that I think I rent or buy a 2nd hand food truck… cool2.gif I can change location, which area got crowd ..n resell my truck if I tutup biz..

What to do with me, I'm just a number plate minister.

But not to protect or what. Maybe this is the cost of sub-sub-sub sales. You know, Malaysia has a very good culture of sub-sub-sub sales. Similar to LOW Y*T Plaza, the shop and kiosk sub sub sub still costs 10K per month for a tiny little kiosk, which is the same size as my house toilet. However the Bangladesh and Pakistan can rent the kiosk happily with the sale of gray area product .
