Long time ago, people don't have smartphones and computers to do automatic timezone conversion. Long time ago, many Malaysians got confused about GMT+7 and GMT+8 and caused meetings to not be in sync. Nowadays all automatic calendering. I wish we can change back the timezone so that our bio rhythm isn't so messed up. gobiomani liked this post

QUOTE(smsid @ May 14 2025, 09:13 AM) Lol, Singapore also has the same timezone like us, you moron. Malaysia and Singapore are so tightly intertwined that it causes problems if both were on different timezones. Made necessary by Malaysia's decision. What is Singapore excuse? We follow Sarawak and Sabah time, the most East region. Same like China, their country timezone, follow the most East region of China. |

People in Tibet and Xinjiang wakes up at 11AM for example and sleep late |
