Anyone ever experienced delays in getting the refund of 200 ringgit when fueling at petrol station?
I've filled up my car at shell on 6th May using Shell app that tied to my TnG debit card. 200 ringgit was deducted as pre-authorisation but till today no refund was made. I called shell/tng and also went to the shell station to get some clarification.
They could only say to wait for 5 working days and today is the 5th days. Still no refund.
Tomorrow need to see if can get the refund, else need to call back to the petrol pump manager.
