.
Fyi, ....... https://www.amazon.sg/Sunshine-Hokkaido-Toa...g/dp/B074K8GM8F - Sunshine Hokkaido Milk Toast Bread, 400g (Packaging may vary) Ingredients: Enriched High Protein Wheat Flour, Purified Water, Granulated Cane Sugar, Milk Powder (Full Cream Milk Powder, Hokkaido Whole Milk Powder),Vital Wheat Gluten, Vegetable Shortening (Palm), Baker's Yeast, Vacuum Dried Salt, Dough Conditioner [Plant-based Emulsifiers and Enzymes (Amylase, Hemicellulase, Lipase)], Permitted Flavouring, Calcium Propionate, Calcium (Calcium Sulfate, Calcium Carbonate) Soya Flour, Ascorbic Acid, Iron (Ferric Phosphate), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). Calcium propionate is a common food additive, particularly in bread, used as a preservative to prevent mold and rope bacteria growth (= a fungicide and bacteriacide), thus extending the shelf life of baked goods. Some chemical preservatives can be toxic or harmful, especially in certain individuals or when consumed in excessive amounts. While generally considered safe for the majority of the population, some preservatives can cause negative reactions in individuals with sensitivities. . |

Tried, overall slightly above average, not the kind of bread you wanna eat everyday for health reasons, and at RM3, also not wise to buy every day, once enough, proven durian bread is legit tho.
