I agree with other posters Malaysia are real lenient when it comes to vehicular accident punishments and as pointed out, both this case and the case I've mentioned resulted in deaths/grave injuries caused by shitty drivers yet got off with light sentence je.

But you seem like you're the one trying to protex something because you're really vehement that in that other case, the perp really did nothing wrong despite even more severe consequences.
