Gaming as a whole will get more expensive. Nvidia prices are already high, this will just make it worse.
Console prices will go up too. Nintendo switch 2 pricing and setting 80-90 USD game prices will just drive prices up for everyone.

QUOTE(iGamer @ May 12 2025, 08:37 PM) Time to go back ahoi gaming…owai Some developers/publishers are worth supporting. But majority of developers today.... are way too predatory. Console (first) games tend to run poorly on PC too. Paying full price for a game that is buggy feels horrible.

QUOTE(iGamer @ May 12 2025, 09:11 PM) PS5 has the lousiest controller ever built, the stick drift will happen very fast, and there’s no affordable alternative PS5 controller with “Hall effect” analog stick. I believe all first party controllers are still not using Hall Effect sticks. Xbox Controllers, Nintendo joycon (even for upcoming Switch 2) and DualSense are not using HE sticks. I'm currently still using dual sense for more than 4 years. It drifted and I just replaced the joystick with a HE stick. Worked well ever since then, so much so that I'm using it to play steam games too.
