so your salary of 12K per pax is really 24K per household!

the biggest problem i have with household income is that one person earning X amount is VERY different with two people each earning half that.
Unless of course if both are earning say 50k.
But for say /k's salary of 20k, it makes a huge difference if one is earning 20k vs husband and wife earning 10k each.

I question the validity of that chart. RM37k per month for T1 is quite low. There are many people I personally know that earns much more than that.

I think going by income tax paid is more reflective… crazy only  4,187,743 taxpayers* in Malaysia in 2022… So few…
