And this is why. The opportunity exists itself. Billy took that opportunity. The people in IDSA are getting poorer. the amount of their people cannot afford things are getting more. I have seen crazy amount of video of people holding up brooms next on the streets for coins donation. And people that complain they cannot even afford really cheap things on Shopee. Petty thefts are rampant. They are going to be unlimited test subjects for Billy's science project.

Sure it is not Malaysia's problem. But we are just a strait away. How do you contain 1st point of pandemic? Imagine they detect their country has a new virus variant. Guess where their people will flee to. Their country needs money. Their new PM is out of ideas and resort to threats (Like the Apple investment thing) for income. You think they would not accept money for this?

its even more insane that Billy was in Africa for so long, yet the only Ebola Vaccine exists came from China and Russia. And there are way more crazier disease coming from Africa with deadly results and no vaccines available for it. Somehow CN can be traced to be source of C19 with vaccine available in less than a year!!
